Earlier this month I introducted Custom Collection Sundays. A chance for each of you to request a Custom Collection from one of our Designers. Every week one person wins their request. On September 14 Andie won her request for a vintage-style pharmacy collection:
I might be a “second request” again… LOL! I would like to see an “adult-themed” Pharmacy kit. It could also double as a Chemistry kit or a Science kit, or even a Doctor’s kit. I would like to see the “Rx” symbol that pharmacists use and some molecular models. An occasional “exploding experiment” would probably fit too. White lab coats, beakers and test tubes, Bunsen burners, periodic table, bottles filled with different pills, written out prescriptions… etc.
“WA” could include “drawings” of the molecular structures on a chalk board… Ideally, it would have “heritagey” colors with a touch of white and light blue. Thanks for the chance!

I want to say I had a hard time picking a winner this week, because there were some brilliant requests I would like to see come to life:
There are some awesome suggestions for kits!
I would like a western theme kit. Western saddle, tack etc., cows (no dairy cows), horses, barn, dogs, cats. It doesn’t need to have all the items
Thank you!from:
I would love to see a Christmas kit showcasing some of the toys and trinkets, decorations, trees, etc. from bygone days.Papers of Christmas caroling, old churches, and snow scenes.
Thanks for considering my request,
Hugs,
Joyce

I’d love a summertime Christmas kit please!! With no snowflakes!!! Love the snow but we have swimming/tennis/bbq/lunch outside on Christmas day. Colours could be light green/yellow and silver glitter with touch of red.

But my job was made easy when one of my Designers emailed me enthusiastically and begged to fulfill Diana’s request:
Well…I’m going to keep trying since this is fun to see all the ideas…I would love a kit to create a book for my husband who is rebuilding a 1967 Chevy Chevelle. I would love to put together a progressive scrapbook that shows the rebuild as a surprise for him (perhaps present it to him for his birthday next year). A kit that contains classic cars and/or mechanical items would be cool…plus the emphasis could be on cruise night-50’s, 60’s, 70’s themed car stuff (fuzzy dice anyone?)…a big time car event we love to go to…thanks!

Jill, Jilbert’s Bits of Bytes, is already working hard on a collection inspired by Diana’s request and this gorgeous classic Chevy Chevelle:Diane, please check your email (that you used to register on our blog) for a note with the details from me.
Very important note: I will post a new winner every week, however, please do not expect your Custom Collection to be ready within a week. Scrapbooking Collections take time, and that time varies by Designer. Some of our team are full-time designers, others are part-time. Some are new mommies with littles at home, and others are Grandmothers. Some of us are both.
I cannot wait to see the requests this week, please post away your biggest wishes in the comments below. Comments are open to everyone. New comments, and repeat comments are welcome! I will post a new winner next week, the new rainbow loom-inspired collection from A-Manda Creations and maybe a little sneak peek from Jill or me & Manda, Nibbles Skribbles!
OH!! I love the theme that you chose for the winner of the kit this week!
Also, really, really love the Pharmacy kit that became a reality! It is so awesome when we come up with these ideas and actually see them come to life!
Thank you all so much for making our dreams come true!
I’m still putting in my old request for the antique Christmas kit:
I would love to see a Christmas kit showcasing some of the toys and trinkets, decorations, trees, etc. from bygone days.Papers of Christmas caroling, old churches, and snow scenes.
Thanks for considering my request,
Hugs,
Joyce
Can hardly wait to see my Rainbow Loom collection — so excited — is there a “sneak peek” anywhere?????????????? 😉
Great kits so far. I still would like an old Persia or old Isfahan kit. Persian carpets, miniatures, bazaars, isfahani cloths, caravanserai, spices, brass, copper, Omar Khayyam poetry, persian garden, Ancient architechture, nomads. Colors could be from an Isfahani carpet reds, deep blues , yellows or Nain carpets, Ivory, beige, dark and light blues. It might even be cool as an art journal type kit.
I am repeating my request!!
I’d love a summertime Christmas kit please! With no snowflakes!!! Love the snow but we have swimming/tennis/bbq/lunch outside on Christmas day. Colours could be light green/yellow and silver glitter with touch of red.
OMG…I am so excited…I know what I’ll be doing on my scrapbooking weekends…I can’t believe it…he will be so surprised…I think I’ll aim for his birthday which is next August…I’ll have plenty of time and the car should be completed by the spring…thank you for selecting my idea!
I would love to see a Autumn Rustic/Country Wedding Theme…. The colors are gorgeous and tying it in with items like burlap and lace and autumn flowers ( or autumn colors) would be gorgeous. You don’t see many kits with this theme and with my daughter and a few friends getting married with this theme… I would love to do some pages for them and create a memory book for them 🙂
Diane nailed it!! 🙂
Thank you so much for this awesome opportunity!!
And if anyone wants to “take over” my requests from two Sundays ago, please do!!
I would absolutely love to have a wedding kit which would feature plenty of dark green papers, along with a few touches of yellow and pink; but mostly white flowers and wedding elements. I want to do an album (at least 20 pages) from my daughter’s wedding photos.
It seems like I find the perfect color of green in Christmas kits, but it would be a much-appreciated luxury to work from one kit for both papers and elements!
Great choice Toiny. I know that Jill is going to do an outstanding job with this request.
I would love to see a kit devoted to Norway ” Frozen “. I am a bit bias to this subject because we are sailing the fjords of Norway this coming Spring. Yes, I will be singing – Let it Go! After, the cruise we are going to Sweden and Denmark. I need proper supplies to scrap our 3 week trip. LOL
There are some great ideas for kits! I love them all.
I am repeating my request for a western themed kit.
I have a small ranch with many “pets”. Horses, a mini mule, cows, mini donkeys, goats and a llama, plus several rescue dogs and cats.
I would love something that is close to realistic as possible, ie, western tack, black or red angus cows ( not diary), straw, hay bales, tractors, barns, clothing, etc.
Thank you.
Ending the girls’ volleyball season this week. I would love to see a volleyball themed kit that could be used to make bookmarks, collages, and picture pages for the girls and their mothers.
thank you for welcoming repeat requests. I’m hoping for elements to match my grandchildren’s off-the-wall sports – rugby, wrestling, cross-country, karate, and tap dancing. I’m not expecting all of them to be in one kit -just any one of them.
I would dearly love to see an ADULT ORIENTED collection dealing with firefighters. One that all of us who are – who are married to – who have given birth to – a REAL firefighter – could use to document their activities. Not the stuff for ‘kiddies’ but for a real adult in the service. Thanks!
