The 4th of July is my second favorite holiday (possibly tied with Christmas, I can’t make up my mind!). Red, white & blue are fabulous together. Crisp. Clean. Happy. Patriotic (and conveniently both the Dutch and American flag colors).
Every holiday I miss my family. Holidays are for family. They just are. But on the 4th of July I am with my family. Our military community gets together to celebrate with a good ol’ American BBQ, games, prizes, t-shirts, fireworks and FUN!
It is a day to be with friends, with my military family, relax, smile and celebrate our amazing, glorious, U.S.A!
