Lou (Loucee Creations), our featured designer this week,  has been designing since 2008. Her passion for digital grew after being given a digital kit as a gift from a close friend. Lou has a whimsical and traditional style of scrapbooking and works in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator where she creates art work from hand drawn and transforms them into digital art.
