Holidays while on isolation/quarantine/lockdown/social distancing are going to look different. Unless your traditions include not going anywhere or doing anything special, things will have to change. If it were a typical year, here is what Easter would look like: my family is not super religious, we don’t go to church, but we still celebrate Easter. We start our morning with see what the Easter Bunny has brought us, enjoy a nice breakfast (usually Monkey Bread) and then mom and dad hide eggs in the backyard. With all the wildlife around, the Easter Bunny can’t leave them outside when he comes, so he leaves them in a basket for us to hide. After an egg hunt, we get dressed up and go to Grandpa’s house for lunch and time with the extended family. The day usually ends with a second egg hunt with all the neighbor kids across multiple backyards!
This year, Easter is going to look different for most of us. Maybe your church service will be online or a drive-in. Maybe you will have to video dine with extended family, maybe your meal will be whatever is available in your cupboards. Whatever it is, however you celebrate, they are still memories. The memories will still last and live on. The memories still need to be scrapped!
Lucky for you, all of our amazing Easter products are on sale this week, 40% off – you don’t want to miss out on the chance to put these unique memories into your albums for future generations to look back on and enjoy!
