Father’s Day is coming up this weekend in the United States, a day to celebrate all of the dads out there! For me, in addition to celebrating my amazing husband, I think about how amazing my dad was. One of the things I remember most is his handwriting. It was neat, but scribbled. It was consistent. It was easily recognizable as his. I don’t have much with his handwriting on it, a few cards he signed….a few notes he had jotted that I hung onto…not enough. When I see layouts with a scrawled handwriting tucked in, it makes me think of him. I pulled these layouts out of our gallery, that feature a handwritten font. I love the idea of using a handwritten font that reminds you of the people in the layout for the journaling or title.
