Good morning and welcome back. In my last post, I went over some ways to find the commercial use products you are looking for. Today, I’m going to use one of those methods to show off our newest category.
Starting on any page that shows the left side column (I just clicked on Digital Art in the menu bar), scroll down to Product Type and type “mini” into the search box (1.). There are actually 2 categories that start with mini but you want the one that says Mini Value Packs. Check the box next to it to go to that page (2.).
This is the page that comes up. Since this category is only for CU stuff, you don’t have to worry about selecting the Commercial Use box (1.). Under Designer, you’ll see a list of the designers with products in this category (2.). This category is SO new, you probably won’t have to bother with selecting a designer, but believe me, it’s growing fast.
The products in this category are smaller than a full size pack and they must be priced at $2.00 or less (3.). What really makes this awesome is when they go on sale … they’re even less expensive (4.). NOTE: They may be less expensive, but they still go through the same vigorous Quality Check as the full size products.
I wish these were around when I first started … finding CU products that I could afford wasn’t an easy task. However, now that I can more easily afford them, I’m typically only looking for something to round out a design, maybe only one or two items. Purchasing that full size pack isn’t always cost effect because I really don’t know if I’m going to use everything. Yes, there are some great CU sales, but most of the time I can’t wait for that sale, I need it now. That’s what makes these Mini Value Packs so perfect. If you need any more convincing, check out what the price is when they’re on sale (4.). I’m definitely going for Dani’s Kraft Elements even though I don’t have anything to use them on … yet.
